- Electronics repairs:
- Three month warranty given in most cases.
- An upfront fee is generally requested.
- Recycling
- A minimum fee or handling fee is generally requested for all consignments, both couriered or dropped off.
- Goods that are supplied for recycling are deemed to be in the ownership of Ecotech Services Ltd once an invoice or receipt is issued.
- Product refurbishment:
- Six-month warranty on refurbished products.
- Consultation:
- Quotations given for projects (link opens your default email client).
- Advice and consultation for New Zealand based non-profit organisations may be given on a pro bono basis.
- Payment is required immediately after the completion of the requested work unless otherwise indicated or negotiated.
- Accounts for payment on the twentieth of the month are generally not made available.
- Payments are accepted as cash, EFTPOS, direct debit, and credit cards. A fee is charged for credit card payments. We no longer accept cheques.
- $12 late payment fee (per month)
- Prices are subject to change.
- As a commitment to product stewardship all products that are sold can be returned, but fees may be charged.
