Remote controls are quite simple and we are able to repair most of them.  If it is not repairable we have a wide range of replacements available.

To have it repaired:

• Drop it in to us
• Send it in to us and be sure to include contact information

Once repaired we will contact you and supply payment information.  We can carry out most repairs within a working day. See our price list for costs.

Care of your remote control

• Take the batteries out if it will not be used for more than three months
• Use batteries from the same pack.  Using different batteries leads to a higher chance of battery leakage
• To prevent damage keep them out of reach of children and pets
• If liquid is spilt on to it remove the batteries and place it in a warm spot to dry out.  This will limit any damage and if it still fails to work the repairs would be easier
